Great NEW property

My family home is in the area and under renovation. We wanted to place to gather college age kids and grandparents for a pre-Tday get togther. The property is like an upscale hotel. Finely decorated and many amenities. Great for a larger family gathering with plenty of room to spread out...upstairs, downstairs and outside. Walking distance to a nice coffee shop (and dining) in Kirkwood.

Perfect in EVERY Way!

Listen! Book this place! Going with Friends, Book this place! Going with Family, Book this place! Going with your significant other/other couples, BOOK THIS PLACE! I cannot say enough about this home. Everything and I mean EVERYthing was so well thought out and designed. It is the most secure rental we've ever stayed in both domestically and internationally. The home was perfectly "southern chic". The rooms were all uniquely decorated but equally beautiful and comfortable. There is a suite downstairs that is perfect for stealing away even within the home. There isn't a corner of this property that wasn't curated to make you feel exactly the way that we did- at home. The pictures are accurate and still do no justice for the beauty and the style from the cute front porch all the way through the cozy deck on the backside. We had everything we needed to create special moments, photo ops and fun girls' activities. The hosts were better than we could have imagined, they went above and beyond to help us create a surprise for the birthday girls that were going to be arriving with the rest of the group! Whatever you might be wondering about a vacation rental prior to booking- this one checks the box! Every box! Super clean, Super modern, Super cozy, Super secure, Super hosts, Super communication, Super location, Super neighborhood and proximity to downtown, Super amenities. Amazing!!! We were already trying to figure out how we could come back before we even left!

Just As Advertised!

The home was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The decor is tastefully modern and simple. The owners thought of everything. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, and drinkware. The furniture was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our family would love to know what brand of sheets are used. This home is very spacious! We didn't use the lovely patio due to the weather. The house has plenty of natural light that adds to the home's ambiance. The neighborhood is a regentrified area that was safe and eclectic. The location is great as well. It took us 10-15 minutes to get to the AUC and downtown. I will definitely book this home again. The owner, Nate, provided exceptional service. Thank you Nate for shipping items that were left at the home.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was so well decorated and clean. The host thought of everything, even umbrellas which definitely came in handy! My family was impressed lol. Like I Never Left.

I could go on for days but long story short it’s like I never left home. This property is a home away from home. This was my first time renting something other than a hotel room so I was very nervous. The owners made our stay very comfortable and assured me that my family and I were safe. From the adults to the children we all had enough space for sleeping, personal spaces, and family time with the games provided. Nate was very professional and had a great response time with answering questions and more! I am already planning my next stay!

Southern Hospitality at its Finest!

This home was amazing. You would never be able to tell how much house is inside from looking at the outside of the home. Everything you need is inside the home from plates and cups to a high chair and pack and play (if you are traveling with kids). It was located conveniently to the interstate (about 5 min away) and a Target (about 10 min away :). The basement is a second home within this lovely home!! Lastly, I was appreciative of how communicative the owners were! I can’t say enough great things about this property.

Little slice of heaven in great neighborhood.

Blue Haven was a perfect house for our weekend. The house is beautiful, clean, open space and very nicely decorated. The bathrooms were stocked with extra towels and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It is a very relaxing, warm house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which is very close to downtown Decatur. There is a full basement with another separate bedroom and bathroom, and private entrance. Nate and Ashton were excellent hosts. They were easy to reach for questions, and checked each day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Atlanta. Thank you Nate and Ashton for a home away from home during our son's wedding weekend!

Spacious and beautifully decorated home

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven and especially loved the thoughtful decor and cleanliness of the home. It is also centrally located in Atlanta and easy to get Ubers to go out. The living room and dining room have a nice open layout for us all to congregate in and the separate downstairs space also gave us room to spread out.
