« We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The proximity to the beach and pool were perfect for our family. It was also very clean and comfortable. The house was well stocked and everything was in working order. The host was fast to respond and very helpful. We would love to book this property for future trips. »

« Kitchen needs to be better equipped to meet the needs of a family. There is absolutely no place to put you clothes, the closets are full of personal items (laundry baskets with lamp, art work etc) leaving no space for visitors belongings. The 2 night stands in the rooms with drawers are full of linens. Would not stay again. When we arrived the primary bedroom door was locked from the inside and we had to find a pin to unlock it. The staff at the security gate were very friendly and accommodating...

« The most charming and cozy cottage right on the river with beautiful sunrises! The host communicated frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The coffee nook was an added bonus. It was in a perfect spot to travel to Emerald Isle or to enjoy downtown Swansboro. »

« First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow.
