The Space:

Each unit is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.

BEDROOM TWO: Queen Bed & Sofa Bed with Smart TV.

LIVING ROOM: 1 Queen Pull Out Couch, 1 Sofa Bed in adjacent nook and a large Smart TV - Unit contains two extra pair of linens and pillows.



Kefalonia Suite:

BEDROOM ONE: 1 King Sized Bed, a Smart TV, and an attached full bathroom

BEDROOM TWO: 2 Queens Beds with Smart TV.

LIVING ROOM: 1 Queen Pull Out, 1 Sofa Bed, and a large Smart TV - Unit contains two extra pair of linens and pillows.



There are free channels on the Roku TV and apps for streaming.

KEYLESS ENTRY: - There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the front door & unit code the morning of check-in.

Guest requirements:



The person booking MUST be 21 years or older and must be present for the entire stay.

You will be required to sign a check-in form and rental agreement before arrival.



Provided supplies:

Basic supplies are provided in moderation. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed during their stay.



Each unit includes:

Bed linens

Bath towels and hand towels/washcloths

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Hand soap and dish soap

Laundry detergent pods (if applicable)

Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom, plus 1 extra)

1 roll of paper towels

A limited number of trash bags



Kitchen essentials included:

Microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and filters

Pots, pans, mixing bowls, salt and pepper

Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils



Smoking policy:

This is a non-smoking property, including the front of the building.

$100 fee for any cigarette butts left outside.

$200 fee for any signs of smoking inside the home.



Pet policy:

Sorry, no pets allowed.

$300 fee for any unauthorized pets on the property.



Cleaning policy

Please respect the home.

Excessive cleaning (stains, odors, pet mess, trash, etc.) may result in up to a $700 cleaning fee.



Check-in:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Early check-in may be requested 48 hours in advance.

No early check-in between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Please report any issues immediately upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.



Check-out:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp.

Late check-out is available for a $125 fee (must be pre-approved).

Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of at least one extra night.

If housekeeping is delayed due to a late departure, a $125 fee will apply.



Lost and found:

Forgot something? We’re happy to mail it back.

A $25 shipping and handling fee will apply.
