After 7 months of a gut renovation, we are extremely proud to present this luxury 6BR, 3BA home, which is officially ready for your next beach vacation. The home was designed and furnished specifically to be a vacation rental, no detail was overlooked. The home is located on the first street in Atlantic City, just 1.5 blocks to the beach. It sleeps 15 people, and features on site parking, A/C, brand new furnishings, HD TVs, comfy bedding and towels, 3 outdoor patio spaces, and a BBQ.

Living and Dining:
Welcome to our luxurious Jersey Shore retreat! This just renovated home boasts ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living room on the first floor offers plush seating for everyone. Adjacent to the living area, you`ll find a generously sized dining room with seating for 10 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Kitchen:
Prepare gourmet meals in our chef`s kitchen, equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. The quartz wraparound countertop provides ample cooking workspace, complemented by four barstools. Whether you`re whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a culinary masterpiece, this kitchen has everything you need.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
This luxury home features six elegantly appointed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. On the second floor, the master bedroom awaits with a king-sized DreamCloud mattress, desk, desk chair, and a cozy couch that doubles as a full-sized pullout bed. The stunning en suite bathroom boasts tiled floors, tiled surround, and luxurious fixtures. Additionally, all bathrooms in the house feature Bluetooth-enabled fans, allowing you to enjoy your favorite tunes while freshening up.
Two of the bedrooms on the second floor share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom, complete with tiled floors, a tiled surround, and brushed gold fixtures. The full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor as well.
On the first floor, the first bedroom features a queen mattress with an adjustable powerbase platform, along with an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The remaining two bedrooms on the first floor are perfect for kids, each equipped with a full over twin bunk bed setup.

Outdoor Space:

Listing Notes:
PARKING: The property includes driveway parking for 1 vehicle, as well as garage parking for up to 2 additional small vehicles. We also provide parking permits for up to 2 additional vehicles to park on the street nearby. Please note oversized vehicles may not fit comfortably in the garage.

TVs: There are Smart TVs located throughout the home, including the living room and some bedrooms. You’ll be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime Video, and Netflix using your own credentials. There is no cable service.

STAIRS: There are approximately 3-4 stairs required to access the first floor of the home from the exterior. There are approximately 10-12 stairs required to access the second floor of the home.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located on the second floor of the home and are private for guest use.

HVAC: The home is heated via a natural gas boiler and radiators located throughout the home that keep the property nice and toasty during the colder months. The heat can be controlled using the smart thermostat located on the first floor. The home is cooled with high efficiency window air conditioning units throughout the home.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
- No cooking with spices that produces excessive or lingering odors is prohibited - $1,000 deep cleaning fee if required.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.
-The property must be left in reasonably tidy condition. Extraordinary cleaning required beyond a normal turnover may be charged to the Guest.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Cooking & Kitchen Use: Please avoid cooking methods that produce unusually strong or persistent odors, including heavy frying, extended simmering, or excessive use of aromatic spices, that may remain in the home after checkout. Please use the range hood/ventilation and open windows when appropriate while cooking. If cooking results in lingering odors that require professional deodorizing or additional cleaning, guests may be responsible for the associated remediation costs and, where applicable, losses resulting from the home being temporarily unavailable for subsequent guests.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company`s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.
