J'ai adoré mon séjour. Beau, propre, confortable, bon rapport qualité prix Seul bémol c'est l'accès à la piscine qu'on doit payer... Et aussi les heures de fermetures d'accès à la piscine qui sont beaucoup trop tôt.

En arrivant, impossible de faire l’enregistrement aux bornes car nous avions réservé par Expédia. Aux bornes on nous offrait une meilleure chambre pour 15$/jour, rendu aux comptoirs, nous ne pouvions pas avoir le même prix. Tout est en surplus.. il n’y a aucune indication mais le stationnement est 10$/jour, la piscine principale est payante soit 10$/personne la semaine, 20$/jour du vendredi au dimanche (alors que la chambre passe de 158$ à 450$ la nuit). L’hôtel est loin du Boardwalk et de la plage, il vous faut un transport et il n’y a rien aux alentours. Il y a une piscine gratuite mais l’eau est tellement brouillée qu’il est impossible de voir à travers) et le pire c’est que pour 3 nuits, la femme de chambre n’ait jamais passée, pourtant elle faisait les autres chambres.. il n’y a aucune pancarte à la porte pour leur demander de faire la chambre.. j’ai appelé 2 fois et après 30 min d’attente, j’ai eu droit à une personne pas très amicable qui m’a pratiquement hurlé dessus qu’il aurait fallu appelé pour demander (c’est écrit nul part) et ils sont venus nous porter des serviettes.. Il y a vraiment peu de gagnants au Casino (comparativement au Borgata juste à côté), et l’hôtel est somme toute tranquille. Les lits de la grande tour et les serviettes sont très confortables et la chambre est belle.

The check in es a las 4 y la piscina cierra a las 5, aunque a las 4:45 suenan un silbato y hay que salir de inmediato de la piscina, y para el día de salida, la piscina abre a las 10 y el check out es a las 11. El personal es cortarte y poco cordial en general. Hay muchos hoteles alrededor con muy buen customer service y mejores instalaciones.

Room was changed twice, the first room/hallway had foul odor. Second room, the hallway also had foul odor. My bathroom ceiling collapsed. Nothing to do and definitely not recommended if traveling with kids. 2/10

The room was filthy. The dog area was filthy. The cleaning people were mopping the floor with dirty mop water. Three elevators stopped working Saturday and this created a huge line just to go to your room. This was the Laguna pet friendly tower. Young kids were running around the hallways and slamming doors. The pool isn't free because they run it as a club. I guess this is the price to pay for it to be kid-free. The bar by the pool doesn't open until 1130AM and the pool hours are 8/9-5/6PM. And they do not allow outside drinks in the pool area. The valet cart system isn't clear. Would not stay again.

I pre paid for a room. 2 queen beds. Checked in at 5 pm they didn’t have my room. Had to give me a king bed. Unacceptable.. manager refused to help.

My stay was horrible, the only thing I can say that was the best part of my trip was the self parking! I checked in at 4:30pm and my room wasn’t ready until 8pm. I booked a 2 queen bedroom 3 days prior to arriving, they no longer had the room I required. Gave me a king and promised a rollaway bed. 2 hours later we still didn’t receive a rollaway bed. Call housekeeping and they said they ran out of rollaway beds hours ago. Went back to front desk and was told they would give me extra bedding and a 75 dollar credit. Extra bedding never came and when you call housekeeping they said they would expedite the request since at this point in time it is 12am. Nothing ever came. Used the 75 dollar credit and there never was credit put on the room. And since it was consider a past stay, we had to fill out a form online and hopefully hear back from the billing department. DO NOT STAY unless you plan on being drunk the whole time.

Good property. If you come here, be prepared to stay here, or need a taxi to go to another casino. Harrah's is pretty far from other resorts, especially the boardwalk. Otherwise, I was pleased with my stay.

I love the stay but I didn’t like that they didn’t have the smoking room like I paid for and put me and my mother on the 43 floor talking about we upgraded you to me that was not an upgrade,It was Mother’s Day weekend and I wanted a bath tub to relax.
