Our family of 6 adults were so excited to visit the Finger Lakes for the first time. The house is very old and has amazing bones located on the Channel but across the Owasco fire dept on a very busy, noisy main road. The kitchen was not cleaned properly in additions to many other areas of the home. Carpets and furniture were dirty and full of stains. The pantoon boat was old and carpeted and full of bees and not fully fueled up as it should have been. Unfortunately the grand home is run down and in need of repair and a very good cleaning. Spider webs, dead bugs and dust everywhere. The 3rd floor movie room has a very old/outdated LCD projector which has not functional. This listing was Not consistent as described on VRBO and the management team was very apologetic after the photos I sent them to document my complaints but did absolutely nothing to help us. I had specifically requested they communicate with their cleaning team prior to our arrival to ensure the home was clean and they just gave me lip service. They wanted to send someone over during our family vacation which was ridiculous since it was an over priced 4 day stay. I did requested the cleaning fees at least be refunded and that has not been acknowledged . Unfortunately not at all happy with our stay.
