Hôtel Aurora, Rhome

« le personnel et femme de menage tres gentil , good good good good good »

« Not particularly clean and breakfast consisted of cereal and pancakes. Not exactly as described in the hotel details. »

« I highly recommend this Best Western for anyone who asks. Staff was totally awesome and friendly. Property was clean. Breakfast had something for everyone. The automatic pancake maker was a fun feature. I will definitely stay here again when in the area. »

« Chambre neuve et belle mais sombre. Peu de lumiere. La clime ne peut pas s'éteindre et elle était tres bruyante. Difficile à dormir. Environnement et atmosphere de l'entré et du petit déjeuner moyen mais propre. Personnes serviable et correct except le language d'un des receptionists envers d'autres assez choquant. »

« Super hôtel, je recommande vivement même si nous avons trouvé l’eau de la piscine beaucoup trop froide pour s’y baigner 😁 »

« Breakfast was good and we were able to use the hot tub outside until late. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower looked like there was a little mold on the ceiling. »

« L’hotel est bien situé pour faire une halte et se restaurer. Il offre (pour le chanceux) une jolie vue. Les équipements sont correctes et le petit déjeuner est simple mais complet. L’accueil est très sympathique »

« Pros: Clean room. Clean and soft fluffy towels. Staff adequately friendly. Parking lot was good. Cons: Card didn't work in door. Substitute room was only 1 large bed. Road noise. Hallway noise. Breakfast was okay 3 out of 4 days. 1 day the attendant was behind in making more eggs and coffee. People waited 10 minutes to get food. No raisin bran. Our room had a cockroach. No Bible in room. Lacking hospitality. Breakfast attendant was the same person as the front desk clerk. Really fast road that...

« Clean and nice room. »

« Dont forget there are stove top cooking surfaces, bring pans to make your own food. Makes the stay even better when I can cook my own foods. »

« The room we stayed in was spotless. Overnight staff were extremely friendly and helpful even though we arrived very late at night. Breakfast was very good, and the eating area was kept clean. My only complaint is that the receptionist working during the day was impossible to understand. He spoke very fast and had a very thick accent, and he clearly had difficulty understanding me as well because he asked me to repeat my room number multiple times. He seemed nice, just not the kind of person you...

« Everything was great. Room was spacious, good location and the staff was friendly. »

« The pool was lacking in maintenance, it was dirty. Too cool to swim but it was the first thing I noticed walking into the hotel. The smell of the cleaners was overwhelming. In the room you had to put a key card in a slot just to have electricity. Even after the card was placed in the slot some of the plugs in the room just didnt work. After dinner and later in the evening found out that the fridge and microwave in the room did not work. I called down to let them know. The guy at the desk asked...
