To ensure a 5-star stay for everyone, please respect the following rules:

-No Smoking: Strict policy. Any smoke odor inside incurs a $100 deep-cleaning fee.
-No Parties: Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
-No Pets: Animals are not allowed due to allergies.
-Unregistered Guests: Not allowed. Violators incur a $35 fee per person/day.
-Strict Check-Out: Check-out time is strictly enforced. Unauthorized late check-outs heavily disrupt our cleaning schedule and will incur a $50 penalty for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.
-TV Remote: Please keep track of the remote; replacement cost is $50
-EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging an electric vehicle via regular outlets will incur a $35/night fee.
-Child Safety: The unit is not child-proofed; constant supervision is required

- Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
-Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge

🔸Appliance Care: We kindly ask that you handle all home appliances with care so they remain in great condition during your visit. Please be aware that any damages or breakages caused to the appliances during your stay will result in a repair or replacement fee.

🔵 Local Climate & Pest Control
We maintain strict, ongoing professional pest control at our property. However, during the transition from summer to fall, the high humidity and changing temperatures in Austin make occasional insect sightings completely normal for the region and sometimes unavoidable. We truly appreciate your understanding as this is just a natural part of the local climate!

🔹No Pets: Strictly prohibited due to potential allergies. Bringing an unauthorized pet incurs a $70 fee per pet, per night.
🔹Lost Items: We are not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen belongings left in the home or shared common areas.

- To help us keep the indoors pest-free, we kindly ask that you:

- Keep all exterior doors and windows fully closed when not in use.

- Ensure food is put away or properly sealed.
