Second Bedroom: Features a cozy queen-sized bed and its own dedicated desk. A twin bed is also available for this room upon request.

The light rail train stop is about 2 blocks away and is two stops from downtown Austin.

There is a walking/nature trail two blocks away that is a peaceful place to stroll with or without a doggie.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. This includes the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, and the private screened-in porch.

Check-in is seamless and secure with our self-service keypad entry. You can arrive at your convenience after the designated check-in time.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are always available and responsive via the Airbnb messaging app should you have any questions or need assistance during your visit. The Rosewood neighborhood in East Austin is known for its historic past and modern architecture. The neighborhood is a mix of the old Austin and some of the most eclectic, new, modern architecture in the city. Walk to Zed`s ice Cream (New Zealand Ice Cream), Boggy Creek walking and bike path, the metro rail, and Houndstooth Coffee. * There is a separate, occupied studio apartment located in the back of the property. This unit has its own guests and a separate entrance.

* Your home (the main house) is completely separate and your access is fully private. There are no shared interior spaces.
* We provide a guidebook with our insider tips and more local recommendations to help you make the most of your Austin adventure!
* The backyard is not a secure enclosed space for a pet because it is shared with the studio apartment in the back and access is through the driveway.
