What a place! It’s like nothing we’d stayed in before. 4 levels, movie theatre, hot tub on the roof. Wow! We met there as a team of 5 and all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms plus a lot of places within the condo to meet. The realities - if you have any concerns with stairs, this is not the place for you. No working elevator. It wasn’t clear how to use many of the electronics, so we struggled a bit there. Some of the appliances didn’t work and we reported them to the management company. All in all a good stay, clean and met our needs in a great location.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The home is beautiful and in a great location. This is a perfect place for young people, but our group was in their 50s - 70s and it was extremely difficult to navigate the stairs with luggage food and liquor to lug everything up and down without the use of the elevator. That made it difficult to enjoy all of the amenities that this amazing home had to offer. I think it is great for people 40s and under, but 50s and over should be forewarned if you aren’t in the best of shape or have any knee, hip issues.

This property is excellent for bachelor parties. Plenty of room, spacious floor plan and plenty to do with hot tub, pool table, games etc. You are walking distance to 6th street or a short scooter ride to many other bars and restaurants. The hosts are very responsive. The only reason the location/neighborhood didn't get 5 stars is the amount of homeless in the area was pretty overwhelming. We had a group of guys for a bachelor trip and would definitely stay again.

Location that can't be beat

An amazing property that 4 couples had a great time at! Close to everything, walking distance to tons of restaurants and night life. Homeless situation was real, but we left through the garage mostly to go through the alley and avoid. Bring a white noise machine to block out street noise. We had so much fun hanging out at the house that we didn't even want to go out! Hot tub was inoperable due to a "part that was on order", but looked like it had not been working in months.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Austin

I had an amazing experience! The property is perfectly located in downtown Austin, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was taken care of, making us feel right at home.The views of the city were spectacular, and it was the perfect spot to enjoy Austin’s vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Austin – whether you're here for business, a weekend getaway, or exploring the local scene. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

AMAZING LUXURY MANSION

The accommodations were absolutely stunning!!! There is so much room in this residence for multiple couples or a very large family to come and stay in the heart of Austin, close to everything. There is literally any activity you could want to do from pool, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, and bags. From the street there is even a beautiful view of the capital

70 year old girls

The elevator in this facility for 570-year-old women was an essential. However, the owner would not let us use it for fear. We would maybe get stuck in it. We had to address the issue of lightbulbs immediately because there were so few we couldn’t see. Luke the Manager came and changed the lightbulbs which helped. It is a four-story facility. That is absolutely gorgeous, but definitely in need of a working elevator. The sink in one of the bags was broken by the people before us. Making it inconvenient for the person that stay in that room. The air conditioning and two of the bedrooms was not functioning. They had to get somebody out there. It took two days to fix it. When it’s 90° outside and there’s no air conditioning inside it’s miserable. They should have given us a credit or money back on those two nights. is decorated beautifully with lots of storage space. However, no closets into of the bedrooms be reminded that it is in a neighborhood with many homeless. We had one sleeping on a bench outside. The owner did give us extra security, which was good overall if the air conditioning the sink and the elevator has been working, the stay would’ve been great , which means I think that regular maintenance facility or someone checking it before we did not happen

Great location and courteous manager!!!

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at this property very much! We were particularly thrilled with the location being walking distance to all we wanted to do and see and I'm sure there are no other rental homes that accommodates large parties in such a fabulous location. There are a lot of cool features in this home...game room that we had a lot of fun in, etc. Clearly this was a showcase home at one time. That said, for a home this large and this expensive to rent, we should have been greeted at check-in and shown around the house and given instructions of how to properly use everything...there are many complicated switches and touch screens around the house that we had to play around with to get lights, music, temp control, fireplace, etc to work...some we never did. For example, even though my texts were courteously and promptly returned, we finally gave up trying to get the theatre screen to lower which could have been avoided with a simple walk-through upon arrival (the instructions and remotes to run the theater room were MIA). We also found the kitchen lacking. There are beautiful appliances, but no hot pads, place mats, or a dinner set up for 10 pp, and I believe the place rents for up to 16 pp! Four wine glasses didn't cut it for our chef prepared sit-down dinner we had one night!...and many other basics you would expect in a kitchen for this lovely home. I rated this home quite high because it is beautiful (minus the weeds in planters and the non-working hot tub).

Great location & amenities

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and great location within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants. Only negative was there are garbage trucks that seem to come by in the VERY early hours of the morning and it's loud. While inside the home you can hear noise on the outside very clearly. Otherwise, beautiful home with everything you'd need. Host is very communicative and helpful.

Beautiful property

One of the best properties I have rented. Everything as pictured. We did have some difficulty w the fireplace but everything in working order. VERY clean. We had a family NYE trip to Austin and chose because of walking distance to nightlife, restaurants, etc.. while we never felt unsafe inside the property, and this no fault of the property management, Austin needs to CLEAN itself up. Ridiculous homeless problem. They run the streets and they are often aggressive and demanding. My son and his girlfriend saw a man defecating in his hand on the way to morning coffee. We never left the property alone as it was really unsafe feeling. And trash and people laying in the sidewalks. Will definitely use avant- stays again but won't be returning to Austin anytime soon.

We had our family of 8 in town for our son's wedding, the place was spacious, love the full baths in all the bedrooms! The house is amazing and awesome location downtown. The hosts were so quick replying to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing property

This house is great, right on Congress just south of the capitol. The place is massive with room for everyone, we only had 5 friends but the place could hold a lot more with space for everyone. Easy walk to the Capitol and UT and then the other direction to the river. It's on a main city street so you do get some street level characters outside the building but once inside it's quiet and your own oasis. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience

Stayed here for a bachelor party. Stunning living space. Massive footprint and it had all the amenities. Lots of different hangout spots on each floor. Plenty of room for all the men to have their own space. The AC worked well. Lighting was a little hard to figure out but not a big deal.. the one thing I’d say was hard to deal with was the street noise, etc. but the location is near all the action. Host was very responsive if we had any issues (very little) Such a fun time! Id stay here again!
