This penthouse puts you steps from Lady Bird Lake, the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, and the heart of the Rainey Street District, with East Austin, W 6th Street, and South Congress all within a mile or two. Stubb's, Antone's Nightclub, and the Texas Capitol are just over a mile away, while Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the University of Texas are a short drive across town. Austin-Bergstrom Airport is roughly 9 miles away.

GETTING AROUND
