« This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back. »

« My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Place. The place has such a homey feel and we settled in nicely. You can hear some interaction from the attached unit but it was not intrusive. The property is about 11 miles from the nearest grocery store, so it's a good idea to stock up on food and drinks before you arrive.
