« The home was beautiful with an amazing balcony. Both bathrooms have been renovated recently and they are very nice. We slept great in the beds, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back. The only negative is that the golf cart is a little old but it’s a rental so it’s ok. We definitely recommend this unit! We also booked an extra day to get in earlier. It was worth it to have an extra full day. »

« Communication was great with the PM Allison. She graciously let us check out late to align with our ferry time. We stayed for the Catalina Wine Mixer which was at the beach club. A bit of a far walk to the beach club but central to the ferry, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and well furnished. Would stay again! »

« One of the bathroom sinks in the master did not drain properly. On the utility cart that was provided, the tags were expired, also the engine kept backfiring and the ignition slot for the key needs repair. It was difficult to get it in and to turn on. Unit had a great view. All in all it was a great place to stay.. »

« The contact person was wonderful, I arrived in the morning and while check-in is officially 3:00pm, they were able to get me in by noon. The place was clean and had everything you could need (including an extensive movie library in case of rain) very close to town on a short dead-end street. No excessive noise in the neighborhood. « The condo is in a beautiful location with spectacular views. Hamilton Cove (the condo complex) is a 10-15 minute golf cart ride from downtown Avalon and there are 4 sets of stairs to get up to the unit. It included a golf cart for 4 that added value to the cost of the stay. The beds were comfortable, the unit is functional, and the washer and dryer is in a closet near the front door, so very convenient. « Everything in the house was great except for the mattress in the bedroom on the top level in the back of the house slumped in the middle quite a bit. »
