Atemberaubende Aussicht von jedem Zimmer! Wunderschönes, zweistöckiges Haus mit ca. 500 m², das sich auf den begehrten Terrassen befindet und einen unglaublichen Panoramablick auf Avalon und den Hafen bietet. Diese zweistöckige Hauptresidenz wurde unter Beibehaltung einiger originaler Details renoviert. Die Hauptebene besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einem offenen Wohnbereich mit großen Fenstern, um die bemerkenswerte Aussicht zu genießen, einer Gourmetküche und erstklassigen Geräten.



Untergeschoss enthält die drei Schlafzimmer mit TV und Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett, eine Sitzecke, einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein schönes Hauptbadezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken. Gästezimmer mit Queensize-Bett, Schrank und Gemeinschaftsbad auf dem Flur. Das dritte Zimmer ist das Büro mit Schreibtisch, Fernseher und Schlafsofa.



Beide Ebenen des Hauses verfügen über einen großen Balkon mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill und herrlichem Blick auf das Meer, das Casino, den grünen Pier und vieles mehr.

My husband and I visited the island in January and loved it so much, we decided to return for spring break. This experience was NOT as pleasant as our first. There were NO directions on how to get to the house. The message chair was so gross I couldn’t even look at it let alone sit in it. We all (including a 16 yr old) felt the beds were extremely uncomfortable to point of back pain in the morning. The biggest down fall for me was all the person things in the house. The night stand in the master had junk in almost every drawer. I felt like I was staying at my Uncles house. Luckily the deck was very enjoyable and having a golf cart was a bonus.

Wonderful Avalon Gem

Overall the property was great! The layout was perfect, the lanai, living room, and kitchen were very spacious. Views are phenomenal and ease in to town in both the golf cart and when we chose to walk were easy and quick. There is is a stair case leading straight down to the main waterfront street a few doors down. The extent of kitchen equipment, dishes, etc were more than most rentals we have experienced. Only minor complain was the cleanliness in the details. Several dishes were dirty and the cabinets and drawers had dust and food particles. It needs a deep clean that looks to not have been done in quite some time. I’m sure they’ll correct that and be a 5 star across the board. Bedding and bathrooms were clean so we felt comfortable overall. Thank you for an easy and wonderful stay!

What a view

Check in was easy with the keys in a coded box. The view is incredible. Some past people said that the afternoon sun was very intense, so we brought a beach umbrella and it worked perfect. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and a nice grill on the deck. The downstairs has a similar deck and view, however we spent most of our time upstairs. The six-passenger golf cart is in like new condition. We brought our boat over so went back and forth during the stay. Communication with the manager and host was easy.Can't wait to go back.

Gorgeous view

Really nice place! Roomy and clean with amazing views from the decks.Only drawback (for some) is lots of stairs (bedrooms downstairs) and shortcut to town if you want to walk there (vs use the golf cart) which was tough for one of our party. Only other suggestion would be to add a sunshade for deck as it gets very warm in the afternoonVery enjoyable stay

Big house with amazing views

The house is very well equipped and the view from the balcony is amazing. The house was clean and as described. The property manager’s communication was excellent. The only snag we had was getting blocked in by utility workers for 2 afternoons. The house is on a dead end street. We would stay here again.

Best view of Avalon!

This home has an amazing view of Avalon. We sat outside anytime we could to take advantage of its location. The house has everything one could need, including air conditioning and the convenience of being able to use a 6-seater golf cart! If you opt not to use the golf cart and want some exercise, there is a fairly lengthy and yet conveniently located staircase nearby that drops you right into Avalon very quickly. It is important to note that you walk into the living room from the front door and all of the bedrooms are downstairs, so this could be an issue for some people. However, there is a convenient half bath located on the main level as well, which I don't think is mentioned in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas in Catalina Island

We had a very nice stay at this property. Overall, the house was perfectly situated to see the bay and lights of Avalon at night. We took advantage of the beautiful kitchen with well-stocked cooking implements. The golf cart is a must on the island - we took long drives around town and into the mountains. The only issue we encountered when checking in was the sticky lockbox - three people tried to unlock the lockbox but the lever was stuck. This may have been due to the light rain. Fortunately, the garage door was unlocked and we were able to enter the property after 40 minutes of waiting outside.

Relaxing with a shock-

We go to Catalina at least twice a year, it has been our relaxing go-to for many years. We looked forward to relaxation at this wonderful property and yes, this is a beautiful home with fantastic views. Unfortunately, the local property management company does not communicate with the owner. We booked this property 4 months in advance. We were suddenly woken up on Saturday morning at 6:45 by people on the roof, yelling at each other and chain saws buzzing and footsteps banging. A large tree on the property over the house was being cut- so much work that we couldn't get out of the house because the narrow street was blocked. This obviously ruined our day and our relaxation. The property company did eventually come and help us get out. We asked the representative if we could get some compensation for the time lost, by extending our check out time to later. He agreed and said sure, he was sorry. When checkout time came, the maids showed up angry that we were not gone. Nobody communicated to them our updated checkout time. Oh, and we also had a plumbing problem on the first day and two sets of plumbers had to show up to make a sink and shower function. We again asked for some type of credit or anything from the property management company- They flat out refused and said none of it was their problem. This is NOT how to run a property management company. so wrong. We would appreciate some type of credit. Thank you, Keven Vaughan
