« L hôtel est très à l écart mais une navette est disponible pour nous déposer la où se trouvent les restaurants. Petit déjeuner insignifiant (œufs brouillés, pain, yaourt) et c est tout ! Nous avons confiés nos bagages à la réception avant de reprendre le bateau et lors de notre départ, les AirPods de ma fille avaient été volés dans mon sac à dos. Ma fille les localisait dans une maison le soir et le lendemain de retour à l hôtel. J ai fait un mail demandant le remboursement et la bizarrement les...

« Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The room looked nothing like the photos, we could hear people walking around upstairs all night. The towels even had stains on them. When I brought up that the room didn’t match the pictures, the front desk basically said, “You booked through a third party, not us,” which wasn’t helpful at all. The room didn’t even have a toothbrush or toothpaste. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. »

« I loved that there was an upstairs terrace with 360 views of Catalina island. I also liked that I had a private entrance to my room. The hotel staff was super friendly as well and was very welcoming! »
