Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stovetop and an oven. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom is a pleasant space with a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The highlight of this property is the spacious terrace, complete with a BBQ grill, a table, chairs for al fresco dining, and a cosy outdoor sofa to kick back and relax.

Situated in the heart of Aveiro, the União de freguesias Glória and Vera Cruz encompasses some of the city's most important historical, cultural, and commercial areas. Glória and Vera Cruz boast rich historical backgrounds, and their merger has created a parish with a profound cultural heritage. Key landmarks include the stunning Aveiro Cathedral (Sé de Aveiro) and numerous other historic buildings and churches.

The parish is a hub for cultural events, hosting a variety of festivals, exhibitions, and traditional celebrations that reflect its vibrant history and traditions. The Carnaval de Aveiro is a viral event that draws visitors from near and far.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
