    Surf In, Surf Out ist eine beliebte Wohnung für Familien! Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Avila Beach und Schritte zum weißen Sandstrand zu wärmen. Courtyard at Avila präsentiert preisgekrönte Architektur mit schönen Aussicht auf die Hügel. Private Terrasse innerhalb geschlossener Hof. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum Sandstrand, Restaurants, Golfplatz, Radweg, usw. Alle Vorteile des Strandleben Schritte von der Haus Boarding, Kajak, Jet-Ski, Bootfahren. Wohnung umfasst 2 Parkplätze in sicheren, gated Garage. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Garagenaufzug, an einem privaten und ruhigen Ende des Innenhofs.

    Die Wohnung verfügt über drei private Schlafzimmer: Die Master-Suite (Kingsize-Bett) mit eigenem Bad; Schlafzimmer 2 (Doppelbett); und der Dachboden. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein Queensize-Bett, 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Schlafsofa. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Die Gesamtzahl der Betten beträgt 7. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 11 Gäste. 2 Bäder im Erdgeschoss.

    Es gibt einen Aufzug vom Parkhaus zum Innenhof-Bereich. Diese Eigentumswohnung nicht erfüllt Handicap Anforderungen an die Barrierefreiheit. Wonderful Stay!

We have been coming to this property for years but this was the first time staying at this unit. The furniture and decor were top notch. We loved the spacious living room and kitchen area. The stairs were a bit steep and slippery in socks, but overall perfect stay!

Great great!

I stayed in this vacation home with my family. It was a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for us, was stocked with all the essentials and required the bare minimum to check out. It was perfect we would easily choose to stay again. The location was phenomenal and I appreciated the covered/gated parking. All I would say that’s critical is the stairs are a little scary/unprotected and I worried about my older children traveling them in the middle of the night to use the restroom. If I had younger children I would have opted to sleep them in the master with me. It was still a 10/10.

These condos are really nice, totally secure,private secure parking and 1/2 block from the boardwalk/beach. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Shampoo, laundry soap, full kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the grandkids loved the loft. Looking forward to next year.

Less than 1 block to beach, restaurants etc. the condo itself was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Staff was responsive and friendly with any needs. We had rain for a day, but there was plenty of space for kids to play and adults to have space for games also.

The location and the house was perfect all around . It was beautifully decorated, restful, clean. Everything we could have hoped for. It was the best spot to create memories.

Road noise was not an issue, plenty of parking (in a parking garage below the building). We arrived very late and unfortunately our front door lock decided it didn't want to work. Management was able to send someone out within 15 minutes to fix the lock and get us in and also bring us beach towels! The office is in the same building complex as the townhouse. Plenty of space inside with lots of beds. Might not be the best layout for little kids though. Beds are up in a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. 2nd bedroom has a door to the outside. Nicely outfitted big kitchen with table. Master bedroom has lots of room. Definitely would stay here again.

Six adults and five kiddos ranging in age from 12-3, I was unsure if this unit would give enough room and it was perfect. Only wished we had a third bathroom but we all managed well. Perfect location, the condo was very clean and well maintained. Spent time on the patio in the evenings playing cards while using the grill. Lovely time!

We did have an issue with a battery in the carbon monoxide detector and seven sisters was there within 10 minutes to get handled. The fridge ice maker doesn’t work and some of the windows and blinds were also broken as was the fan in the living room so that was bummers but over all it was great.

Perfect Property

This property worked perfectly for my 2 adult daughters and their families for my birthday celebration weekend. Location was fantastic - everything was an easy walk away. The property itself is beautifully decorated and appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in with plenty of space for all. We enjoyed our weekend so much we intend to make it an annual event.
