« Our stay on the property was amazing. The house was lovely, had tons of natural light and wonderfully decorated. We loved walking the trail and going through the library. We stayed in mid-May & the weather was moody, thankfully there were fun puzzles and games to occupy those rainy portions of the day. There was plenty of space available for storing luggage. « There was more than adequate room for the 7 of us! Comfortable beds, enough bedrooms and the dinning room table stretched fit our needs. The outdoor entertainment shed was very interesting, we enjoyed the corn hole game! A note for the managers- we saw ants in the kitchen sink & saw a ground hog running from under the deck. »

« This property did not disappoint. Every morning we met on the 2nd floor wrap around porch for coffee with binoculars and were dazzled by bird calls from warblers and vireo. During the days, we took short drives to Gov. Dodge, House, Tallesin, and the Wisconsin River towns. Every evening we gathered on the lower porch for a fire ring with drinks and dinner. Enough room on both levels for different activities including streaming entertainment and meditation. Groceries close by and some restaurants...

« Nice house, clean, bigger than it appears in pictures. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Convenient to ATV trail. We were able to park our truck and trailer in driveway. Would stay again! »

« Lots of fluffy pillows and towels, fenced dog yard is much larger than photos show and is adjacent to sport court so you can play tennis while the dogs play. Very friendly hosts even offered tractor rides. Organic crop farm with horses and goat in pen beside laneway. Very peaceful, plenty of space for dining or lounging. Lots of games, toys for the dogs, even dog dishes to use - thoughtful amenities for a comfortable stay. Not fussy modern, just comfortable and clean - perfect. »

« The house is amazing. It was very clean and well cared for. Judy is the second to none best hostess I have ever dealt with. She provides everything imaginable to make your stay enjoyable. The view is really nice, and the house is set in a really quiet environment. We saw so many different kinds of birds and it was enjoyable to watch them in the screen in porch or an outside patio. We will be going back again next year »

« Three good bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen needs some additional cookware. Parking was a bit awkward. »

« My partner and I spent a long weekend here and completely enjoyed ourselves. The house is serene and perfectly tidy. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch watching birds on the water. This property is also a great home base for exploring other interesting towns in the area: Boscobel, Viroqua, Spring Green, etc. We will definitely be back! »

« Old farm house with lots of character and charm, away from the hustle and bustle of city life! Communication with home owner was great and easy when i had questions or concerns. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the trails around the property were beautiful. I could see this being a great winter spot where snow shoeing, cross country skiing and winter hikes would be great! It was a fun getaway to unplug. »
