« The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly The room was very spacious, King Bed Executive Room and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit and clean My friends stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds, and they were actually Queen Beds! And their bathroom was also large spacious and clean The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner! And free parking beside the hotel. It’s located in a very nice area. « This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. Second, the room was freezing when I entered, called the front desk and they told me it was due to the sudden change in weather and told me it would warm up. One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and...

« Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect! »

« Not happy that the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday. Additionally, there was a notice in our room that the water would be shut from 9 am - 12 pm on Monday. »

« Le seul élément désagréable est la présence de très nombreux chiens qui jappaient lors de notre passage dans le corridor.sans doute que les maîtres étaient sortis… »

« Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave. »

We ultimately ran into a situation where we had a family emergency (medical) and had to vacate temporarily knowing we would have to return to the area the following week. In approaching Marriott management onsite, we were told that they would neither provide us a refund or a credit for the two unused days since we booked our Marriott stay through Expedia. Expedia stated they would accommodate us if the...

« Staff was friendly, but the mattress and sofa were very worn out. I also had another guest come up to me asking if I could take the shower head off and install there's. »

« Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking. »
