„This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. Second, the room was freezing when I entered, called the front desk and they told me it was due to the sudden change in weather and told me it would warm up. One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and ...

„Positive: great breakfast with a very big choice, very good service at the desk, rooms are renovated and set up well Negative: The rooms were cleaned very lately, the fitness studio was very small“

„Nächsts mal in Columbus gehe ich wieder dort hin!“

„I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it ...

„Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!“

„As always overall a good choise. Just, this time not lucky with the first room we checked in, dirty, but got a transfer right away. No problem.“

„Das Einchecken und das Zimmer mit der Grösse und Einrichtung waren grundsätzlich gut. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit nicht für uns korrekt eingestellt werden. Zudem ist sie so verbaut, dass der Luftzug voll auf Bett gerichtet ist und wir so Halsschmerzen etc. erwischt haben. Es wäre nach uns zu prüfen wie eine Optimierung durchgesetzt werden könnte.“

„Was a mess with construction lots of maintenance needed“

„Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.“

„We fell into a situation in which we had a reservation for 5 days and paid for it up front. We ultimately ran into a situation where we had a family emergency (medical) and had to vacate temporarily knowing we would have to return to the area the following week. In approaching Marriott management onsite, we were told that they would neither provide us a refund or a credit for the two unused days since we booked our Marriott stay through Expedia. Expedia stated they would accommodate us if the ...

„Breakfast was terrible. Hot items were egg whites, turkey bacon and chicken sausage. I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and the food has always been good. The front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful and entertaining“

„Angenehmes ruhig gelegenes haus.“

„Alles sauber.

„Very nice & clean. Only takes card though even for snacks.“

„Erwartungen erfüllt, aber auch nicht übertroffen.“
