  • Beautiful spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse with 4th sleeping area in the loft accommodates eight comfortably. Upgraded kitchen, gas fireplace, expanded deck with Weber barbecue, private entry and Beaver Creek ski run views. Located in the Ridgepoint Townhomes set in the lower bench of Beaver Creek Resort, among peaceful rolling foothills and a forest of tall spruce trees.

    **The Ridgepoint Community will be undergoing exterior building painting, one building per week, beginning June 1 - August 15, Monday - Saturday including 4th of July.

    All three bedrooms, as well as updated bathrooms are located on the main level of the home. For your convenience there is a large boot/glove warmer and a full sized washer/ dryer on the main level and Sonos home sound system.

    The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 40" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and custom tile and glass shower. The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds, 40" flat screen TV and updated en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom is fitted with two twin XL's and can be converted to a king bed, 40" flat screen TV, and offers alluring views of the golf course from your private step-out deck.

    Make your way upstairs to find high ceilings catering to the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living area. The newly upgraded kitchen is adorned with painted cherry wood cabinets and stainless appliances. Inviting you in to cook up your favorite family meals. The dining area offers seating for eight plus an additional seating for four at the bar. The living room is dressed with a gorgeous stone fireplace, play pen couch, 40” flat screen TV, and Sonos home sound system.

    The loft sleeps three in twin/double/trundle bunk beds and is located on the 3rd level of the home up the last set of stairs. The loft has a 40” flat screen TV, Xbox and gaming chairs for the kids and kids at heart.

    The deck is just off the living area fitted with a gas Weber barbecue and offers breathtaking views of the resort and golf course. The perfect place to relax at the end the day.


    Ridgepoint has completed a modern face lift which includes a new clubhouse with renovated pool area, large hot tub (20 yards out the front door of the unit) and common areas. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub year-round. In the summer, two tennis courts and a heated outdoor swimming pool are located within a lovely central courtyard.


    Ridgepoint Townhomes are ski-in/out as the lifts can be accessed via a gradual 50-yard walk to the ski-way at the north end of the complex to the Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. The complimentary resort shuttle is also available to guests and will pick-up at your front door and drop off at the village where the main Centennial Gondola and Strawberry Park lifts are located.
    This property truly offers it all!

    *This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

    THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee Nespresso maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Great place for a family vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo for a family Colorado vacation. It is in a great location. The condo had a good size kitchen that was well equipped. Ridiculously easy check-in and checkout process. The place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Townhome

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay! The location was great as a ski in ski out and the shuttle service was easy to use and very convenient getting around Beaver Creek. The town home was spacious enough for all 8 of us and the kitchen was very well equipped. We definitely plan to come back!

Great condo for fami

We spent 4 nights with our family in the condo. It was perfect for us. It was clean, had nice amenities, and its location was great for our skiing vacation. The ski in/out feature is nice, though not as convenient as using the BC shuttle if you’re skiing the left side of Beaver Creek (return via Bachelor Gulch). We had a great time and would stay here again when we come back. Thanks!

Spent a long weekend at this wonderful pad. This place checked all of our boxes; modern, clean, pretty much skin-in/ski-out, nice hot tub on the property, washer dryer, BOOT WARMER/DRYER, on the shuttle route, huge gas grill, great views, gourmet kitchen, clean, fireplace, cable tv, Wifi, valley views, on and on. I stayed here with 6 other buddies, and we had plenty of space, privacy, gear storage, all in comfort. This place is accessible to town or the slopes that it is unbelievably easy to get around. I will be back to stay again. Property Management was so helpful!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home, we absolutely loved our stay! Your home is big, spacious and comfortable. You thought of everything, from the outside ski closet to the boot dryer to the super comfy beds. We cooked all our meals in the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. We liked that you have several games available to play at night by the fireplace. Some days we took the shuttle in to Centennial lift other days we skied in and out. Both ways were simple and easy. Everything was perfect,

Fun at Beaver Creek

We very much enjoyed the unit. All the amenities as presented. We were under the impression the property was ski in and ski out. Not a ski in and ski out. Shuttle bus picked up 5 strides from our door step so it worked out ok, but be aware at least a 250-300 yd walk to ski out up a significant hill, ski in 100 yds to unit. Property was clean and well maintained. If you like wild game we went to the Gas House for dinner very good.

Very comfortable for kids!

Great townhouse for a family! The kids especially loved the xbox and toys to keep them entertained after skiing. It was very easy to check in and get settled. The walk up the hill to the run was a little long for the young kids - it is probably easier to dial a ride then ski in/ski out with the little kids! I would stay again!

Great place for our skiing/boarding family! Six adults and three children under 5 years old and one infant fit nicely into this well appointed condo. Shuttle transportation is great even considering Covid rules. Ski-in/ ski-out is a bit of a hike in ski boots but it is doable.

The heating system needs work. The downstairs heat fluctuates constantly for some reason. I thought pets were not allowed. There was a lot of animal hair in the carpet. It would be nice to have a shovel and an ice axe for the deck. Otherwise nice place.

Magical Place!

What an amazing place! We had a fabulous time. The house is very well appointed and newly renovated. Proximity to pool and hot tub is just across the street. The house has Sonos speakers all over for music. Beaver Creek has a shuttle that picks you up at the front door. We waited no longer than 6 minutes each day for the shuttle. You can ride the shuttle back or ski back. Can't wait to rebook this spot!

The stay at this property was extremely wonderful.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations at this property. We stayed here during our spring break to ski Beaver Creek. The condo is within the Beaver Creek gates that allows you to leverage the buses to get to any base you want to ski. It is very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, small appliances and some spices. It was great. Coffee maker, crock pot, blender and toaster to name a few. Dish detergent, sponge and dishwasher detergent was available as well. The flip-of-the-switch fireplace was very convenient. After a long day of skiing, it's nice to relax with the fire and a cocktail. The loft has a bunk bed and a pull out that is great for the kids (it may get a bit toasty in the loft, but not to worry as the condo has portable fans to help with the that. With the loft on the 3rd floor, it's understandable that it may get hotter). The loft also has an Xbox One console with a number of games. Another bonus for the kids. Three bedrooms on the first floor with one king bed and a set of twin/full beds in each of the other two bedrooms. Bathrooms were great. A couple of other big selling points on this property - it has a drying station for your gloves and boots from skiing. This drying station could hold all four sets of our gloves and boots at the same time. With a built-in timer, we could set the drying time ourselves. In addition, the outdoor ski locker allows you to keep the skis outside. Very convenient. The house also has a whole-house humidifier (of course, I couldn't check if there was actually water running through the filter to provide humidity to the house, but there was a thermostat). If the property would have a queen or king bed in other bedroom (versus the twin/full size beds), it would be easier to have two families share the condo. Far from a deal breaker, but just some friendly feedback. For skiing, the complex is labeled as a "ski in - ski out" location, but I would not suggest the ski out. You have to walk about 100 yards uphill in the snow to get to a point to start skiing. It's a small hike. Using the convenient bus system was much easier for us. Great place to stay. I would recommend to anyone.

Ultimate ski condo!

I can't recommend this unit enough! It has everything. Updated, for the most part. Great view, ideal location. Loft with bunkbeds and video games for the kids! Ski locker. Ski in/out at Beaver Creek. And the kicker is the built in glove and boot dryer! I highly recommend this complex and will be back soon.

Awesome Family Vacation!

Inside Beaver Creek Resort! Stayed here from Christmas to New Year's Day with family of 4. Tons of room--the kids loved the loft area for their "getaway". Fireplace was awesome to have for acres ski every night--just hit the switch and it flames up! This Unit is 1st pick-up to on Beaver Creek Shuttle (literally just step out the door) and provided easy access throughout resort, and the new BC Connect App makes it even easier to schedule or confirm BC Shuttle location. Hot tub so close that I went there barefoot! The ski-in/ski-out access is very simple and great option!!! EZ walk to ski-out (walk to back of Ridgepoint) and EZ trail to ski back in (just follow the "Leave the Beav" behind the Ritz and follow sign for Ridgepoint Skiway). We'll be back for President's Day Weekend!
