Upon walking in, you will be greeted with rustic finishes and furnishings. The kitchen and dining are equipped with everything you will need to make up a feast.

The kitchen is dressed with stainless steel appliances and there is a dining table with seating for six. Enjoy the cozy wood fireplace and flat screen TV in the living room or step out on the patio and sip your morning coffee while breathing in fresh Colorado air. The patio is set with a BBQ and chairs if grilling is your passion. Don't want to cook, you're in luck as there are lots of yummy restaurants to choose from in the Town of Avon or up at the resort.

Make your way down the hall to find full-sized washer/dryer for your added convenience, guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and the bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and en-suite with shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a double bed. Both rooms are set with comfy mattresses and hotel quality linens for the most comfortable nights rest.

Conveniently located at the bottom of Beaver Creek Resort in Avon. Walking distance to Nottingham Lake and ski shuttles and on the City of Avon bus route, (short walk to bus stop). There is a gorgeous riverside walk/bike path that goes from Edwards to Vail immediately behind the unit. There are also public picnic tables and BBQs in the grassy area behind the unit near the river bike path. The ideal place to picnic and enjoy the sun.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.
