« We had a wonderful stay. The facilitys at the west bay hotel are great the room included a coffee machaine , kettle , clean towels and dressing gowns. The shower was powerful and big. It was clean , family friendly and breakfast was top quailty with lots of options. Me and my family will be staying again in the future. Thankyou for providing quailty service! »

« We had a 2 night stay. Craig was chatty, but failed to point out a few things at breakfast on the first morning which proved a little irritating. The pool is only available for guests on certain hours, for example 6-10pm only. Also, rooms are not serviced unless you actually ask for them to be. This information was on the noticeboard but this was not pointed out, so we didn't see it. Otherwise, a nice stay, a good breakfast. Oh, and very light coloured curtains so expect to be woken early. »
