You have to book a night here !
We stay at several hotels in Cyprus, but Napa Mermaid is our favourite! Great great staff and services, food and bar are really good ! First we booked a sea view standard room, really nice ! The only little thing is that the bathroom is a bit tiny but clean and functional! Then we booked the junior suite and... what a room! Wonderful room with private terrace and sea view, the bathroom is so big, the junior suite is perfect. Everything was really clean, rooms are made everyday. The breakfast is good, lot of choice, salt and sweet with Cyprus specials. The tea area is my favourite with fresh mint, lemon and ginger... The diner buffet is nice, food is tasty and the choice is real. We tried the a la carte food for lunch, salads was really nice and we also had diner at the Elia restaurant, really really tasty ! The pool area is clean and staff great. The hotel is next to the beach (2min walking) The parking is not big but I found a space each time. Live music every night at the Elia bar... Don't know what to add. Just book it !

Excellent hôtel à tous points de vue : déco moderne et fonctionnelle, chambre très spacieuse (nous avions une suite junior avec vue mer, grâce à un surclassement expedia), articles de douche de qualité, café-thé-eau à disposition dans la chambre, grande piscine. Le matin le buffet du petit déjeuner est très garni et de qualité, avec une mention spéciale pour le miel à couper au couteau. Le soir le restaurant attenant (Elia) propose de fabuleux cocktails dans une atmosphère chill. Pour finir, le personnel est chaleureux et très serviable. Un coup de coeur à Chypre !

Parfait profiter des plages d’Aya Napa
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait avec accès direct à la petite mais très belle plage de Glyki Nero Beach. L’arrivée se fait par un petit jardin de plantes grasses, nous avions avions réservé un chambre vue mer qui a vraiment participé à un total dépaysement. Nous avions réservé une formule demi pension et n’avons pas regretté , les buffets étaient variés avec un thème par soir et bons. Le service est sympathique sans attention particulière cependant, l’hôtel ayant l’air de se spécialiser dans les groupes avec lors de notre séjour une prédominance germanique et russe. La piscine vue mer est de belle taille et l’espace SPA et gym est bien conçu avec sa piscine intérieure bien agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée en cette saison (mi-novembre). Enfin, il est à notre avis préférable d’avoir une voiture de location pour se balader au départ de l’hôtel mais il y a tout de même quelque commerces, un distributeur de billet, un restaurant de plage et un arrêt de bus à 5 minutes à pied. En résumé nous recommandons cet établissement où nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Juste excellent!!!!
Un magnifique hôtel d'un design contemporain épuré, avec un personnel attentionné et toujours souriant. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise d'être surclassée dans une Suite. Pour marquer un heureux évènement, dont j'avais préalablement prévenu l'hôtel, une délicate attention nous attendait dans la chambre avec un mot gentil. Puis, le jour de l'anniversaire de ma femme, nous avons eu la surprise de trouver un beau gâteau d'anniversaire avec bougie et vin. En plus de ces attentions personnalisées, le buffet petit-déjeuner est excellent satisfaisant tous les goûts; le spa est très bien, la salle de sport et la piscine intérieure très bien.... Le seul petit bémol est la connexion wifi qui n'est pas très bonne dans la chambre, sans quoi, rien à redire. Pour avoir fait plusieurs 5* un peu partout, j'ai rarement vu un personnel aussi souriant et chaleureux. En conclusion, un grand merci au staff pour ce beau séjour, félicitations au manager pour la tenue de son hôtel et, de sûr, je reviendrai dès l'année prochaine. Vous aurez compris que je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Tres jolie déco dans les parties communes.
Une semaine pour ne rien faire, en fin de saison. Nous sommes partis hier, l'hôtel fermait le lendemain. Très peu de clients, ville fantôme, mais c'est sans doute tout le contraire en pleine saison. Chambre un peu petite mais confortable. Personnel du spa très sympa et serviable. La plage est très belle, la mer chaude :) Un bon séjour pour belle glandouille....

Service correct mais hôtel un peu vieillissant.
Séjour à Chypre d'une semaine. À noter que l'hôtel et situé dans une zone balnéaire, ideale pour un séjour en famille pour piscine, plage. Zone touristiquement intéressante mais demande une voiture pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience Chypriote. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose un buffet à thème tout les soirs, assez varié mais peu élaboré, un bar plutôt sympathique pour l'avant et l'après. Plusieurs restaurants très intéressants à découvrir près de la marina. Cap Grecko a 15 minutes en voiture de l'hôtel avec une balade très belle à faire (prévoir une demie journée).

Séjour enchanteur dans un vrai quatre étoiles
Une île qu'il faut absolument visiter. Les Chypriotes sont très accueillants et cherchent à vous faire plaisir au maximum. Le seul bémol, les excursions réservées avec notre séjour (et payées). Des gens pas sérieux qui annulaient la veille pour le lendemain, en prétextant le manque de touristes, alors que tout était complet. Heureusement le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel, a fait le maximum pour nous trouver des excursions avec une autre agence. Des restaurants très sympathiques à des prix raisonnables. Les paysages sont très beaux et en mai la température est idéale. Une mer magnifique, des sites archéologiques intéressants. Une destination méconnue des Français, sans doute le barrage linguistique. Dommage. Chypre vaut une visite. Louer un quad ou un buggy c'est une expérience sympa !

Bel hôtel, très propre, de très bon standing. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. L'hôtel est plein d'attentions pour les voyageurs (boutique, prêt de serviettes, chaussons dans la chambre, animation le soir près du bar...). L'environnement est très calme, une vue sur la mer magnifique. Le seul point qui pourrait sembler en dessous est sa situation, avec la route à traverser pour accèder à la plage et le centre animé un peu loing à pied. Mais globalement, il est TOP cet hôtel !

Juniorsviten var större än vad vi trodde och sol hela dagen på den stora balkongen med fantastiska solnedgångar!! Vi var där ”offseason” så många restauranger var stängda men hotellets restaurang hade (oavsett varje kvälls temabuffeer) en bra a la carte meny och roomservice!! Fantastisk också att vi fick vara kvar på rummet till kl 17.00 för vi hade en kvällsflyg!!

The hot tub was old and water Luke warm and needed a clean and was old and the pillow was not there. We could not use it. The first bedroom plug got stuck in basin. The television did not work in the lounge. Water with a meal in the restaurant with a bar was a cost each time and we were full board. Dust on the televisions in the bedrooms and black suede cushion on couch dirty. The place needs a thorough deep clean. The men by the pool bar if you don’t leave a tip they don’t smile. The only good things was the Mexican salad was delicious and the men behind the bar and the reception were always nice and pleasant. 5000 I spent I should have had an amazing clean in working order suite. This is not a four star hotel.

Nice hotel, on the outskirts of town, if your going for the nightlife in Aiya Napa it might be a little too far away, but if your after peace and quiet then it’s perfect. Good facilities in the hotel, gym was good enough that we used it 4 days out of 7, and the spa looked good although we never used it. Large range of food for breakfast in the main hotel dining area with a second restaurant next to the pool with great views for a lunch looking at the sea. The room was good (Deluxe suite with sea views) , although maybe a little dated and could use a bit of tlc, but everything worked as it should with plenty of space. The hot tub does need a good professional clean, and the cover for the pumps needs new fittings as it is lose. Every staff member we spoke too was friendly, polite and well dressed, very professional looking. All in all we would stay again if ever back in Cyprus.

A very clean and tidy hotel, conveniently placed a 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the town. Clean beach within 2 mins. Very nice outside seating areas which were great for meeting up with the rest of my group. Staff were attentive but not overly so and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Special thanks to the concierge who went above and beyond and was also very entertaining.
