« Very nice stay on this lovely boat! My parents had one of the double rooms and myself and the kids had the apartment. We were made very welcome by the owners. The boat was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kids also loved that there was a basketball hoop & football goal they could use. Everyone was happy. »

« Really enjoyed our overnight stay. The twin room was spacious, beds and pillows so comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. The initial problem with the heating was sorted out very quickly. We had our evening meal here, and can highly recommend the food. What really stands out at The Carpenters Arms, is the staff. Many thanks to Richard, Holly and Paula and to everyone that helps make this such a great place. We would certainly be happy to stay again. »

« Bon rapport qualité prix, parfait pour une étape. Chambre assez spacieuse, propre. Equipements un peu vétustes mais ça fait le job. Personne à l'accueil très gentille. Hôtel situé sur une aire d'autoroute donc fast-food et boutiques accessibles à pied. Parking gratuit. »

« This pub is one of our favourites! We stayed for a second time round on our way to Suffolk from Brittany. The food is superb, location and landscape stunning, accomodation clean and comfy. The staff is always smiling and friendly. What more can one possibly want? Hopefully, we'll be back! »

« Superbe hôtel a 1h environ de dover pour reprendre le ferry Tres bon accueil en français nous avions une chambre pour 5 Une bouilloire avec café soluble et thé bien appréciable Belle salle de bain avec baignoire Nous avons tres bien mangé le soir pour un prix correct Et grand plus, une piscine ouverte jusqu'à 22h Il faut renseigner sa plaque de voiture a la réception pour ne pas payer le parking Sans aucun doute ,j y retournerais »

« Hôtel dont la proximité avec le château de Leeds est très intéressante car le trajet en voiture est très court. Restauration de qualité avec une salle intérieure un peu triste et une multiplicité de lieux de restauration ( café, bar, restaurant) un peu compliquée. Espaces verts extérieurs quasi entièrement accaparés par le terrain de golf, laissant peu de possibilités de ballades autour de l'hôtel »
