„Frisch renoviertes Hotel an der Hauptstraße. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Hause. Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant im Hause, sehr gutes Frühstück. Der Ort sieht noch genauso aus wie beim "Doktor und das liebe Vieh" aus den 1970'ern ! Sehr gemütlich !“

„Great Hotel and loved the stay there. Fantastic food and a great location. Room 1 in which we stayed was however directly above the bar. It was possible to hear everything, and it was only possible to sleep once the bar closed. “

„This is a beautifully appointed cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a quiet location looking out onto a courtyard. Although there is no onsite parking, we had no trouble finding a parking space on the square. Visitors should also be aware that there is no outdoor seating area but we were out and about so this wasn't a problem for us. We would recommend the fish and chip place - but go for small fish and chips! The large are for those with a very large appetite!  ...

I cannot recommend it enough. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by hens and cats. We were then shown to our ‘living area’, bathroom and upstairs - a double bed and bunk beds. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. There were so many extras included - books, binoculars, tea/coffee/hot chocolate/fresh ...

„Plenty of parking next to hotel room. In my case I could see my motorcycle from the hotel window. Large well appointed clean room with excellent en suite. Lovely views over surrounding hills. Cozy pub with real fire. Good full English breakfast and friendly staff. All good thanks and would stay again. “

„A comfortable cottage with all necessary amenities, including a wood burning stove and plenty fuel. Located in a small village near a friendly pub. Village shop is only open half days but Leyburn with a range of shops and places to eat is only 4 miles. Great area for walking“
