« Parking was tricky but the front desk was very helpful and there is some minor construction that made it a bit difficult to know if you can actually park in front of the building. Despite that everything was great. »

« We were disappointed when we arrived. We came from another Courtyard by Marriott in Rapid city which was better. We expected the cafe to be open in the evening but we were told that they didn’t have it open on the weekends. There was more wear and tear and we found drippage in front of our toilet like it had been used. We used Lysol wipes to clean up floor and toilet. Also you pay $20+ to park for the night. We were only staying one night so we made do. »

« The room did not have a phone in it..complete surprise. Have never had that happen before. Also the TV needed to be reset but front desk did it right away. Breakfast was good. Request to have a room on back side of hotel. Quieter. »

« The place smelled like mold, there were roaches, we didn't feel comfortable bringing anything into the hotel. Left at 9pm before even using the room that long because I felt a mouse scurry over my leg. Don't stay here. »

« No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great »

« We had a great experience at Springhill Suites. I was traveling with family and had reserved 2 rooms. We were going to be on different floors, which wasn't ideal for us since we had a little one with us. The gentleman that checked us in was able to make an adjustment so we were on the same floor. Very much appreciated. The place was very clean, dedpite being full. We were there 2 nights & I was pleasantly surprised to find our room was cleaned & fresh towels when we returned in the evening. ...
