« Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall. »

« Our family of twelve, aged 8 to 80 years, stayed in three separate apartments. Two were in the same building on separate floors, and the third was a 5 minute walk away. All units were located in beautiful downtown Pienza with many dining, shopping and tourist sites within an easy walk for all members of the family. For a family of Midwest Americans staying in the middle of an old city walkable to nearly everything was w amazing. The separate units worked out fine for us as walking the town was...

« We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. « L'appartamento il borghetto è caratteristico, pulito e silenzioso sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Essendo un po isolato occorre l'auto per spostarsi e fare shopping, mentre per mangiare o degustare ottimo vino anche a piedi si possono trovare 3 posti molto carini. Consigliato per coppiette o coppie ma senza figli. Molto romantico. »

« Quiet and spacious room with good facilities. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Only disadvantage is that anywhere you want to go (parking, supermarket, town center) you will have a relatively steep descent/climb because it is at about the highest point in town. I’ll gladly book again next time! »
