„I liked having a pool and it was located across the street from The Magdalena Grand Golf Course and Hotel where my family was staying. I took a video but it does not allow video uploads so this is the only two screenshots I was not able to get from it. But all the pictures posted on their website are exactly the same. Ronald was very pleasant and provided necessities I needed like an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, I would definitely stay there again beach is close by but ...

„The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. „We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“

„Ich war dienstlich unterwegs und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel ideal, nur 3 min vom Airport entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es fehlt eigentlich nur der Fön. Das Abendessen (Menu) ist vielseitig und gut, das Frühstück ausreichend. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort buchen, auch für 2/3 Tage, länger jedoch nicht. Insgesamt merkt man aber, dass das Hotel gut geführt ist. “

„I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to cater to you. Perfect location and the end of Buccoo board walk with Sophia’s bakery and a shop less than a minute’s walk. Only negatives were no kitchen available for use (was given a bowl when asked), and room service didn’t take the bin out. But overall, I’m glad I chose to stay here and will return!“
