« We had a fantastic time at the Matauri Bay Shearers Cottage. The property was nice, private and quaint and just as advertised. A short walk to the pub and diary and a short drive to the beach. The hosts (both the two legged and four legged kind) were very welcoming. Would definitely love to come again. Thanks!! »

« We had a delightful week in this 1860s cottage. It has been fitted out very comfortably and is surrounded by beautiful gardens including a variety of fruit trees. Fiona is a wonderful host, who responds promptly. It’s a 20 minute drive from the touristy offerings of Piahia and the busier Kerikeri so if you’re wanting shops and restaurants on your doorstep this may not be for you. « A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail. »

« Very warm and inviting feel. The spa is amazing along with all other facilities. Super neat and tidy property. Lots of room for 6 adults. Super close to paihia and everything we needed. Tucked up on a quiet street so it feels very private. We will be staying again i'm sure! »
