Set on a spacious property in the heart of Charlevoix’s natural surroundings, this contemporary chalet offers generous outdoor spaces, a private spa, and a peaceful setting where you can fully enjoy your days and evenings in Charlevoix. Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ, and everything needed for a relaxing stay with family or friends without compromising on comfort.

The three bedrooms provide ample space for everyone to settle in comfortably, while the two bathrooms make morning and evening routines easier. The open-concept kitchen and living room create a welcoming gathering space, whether you’re sharing a delicious meal, enjoying a glass of wine, or spending a quiet evening together.

A separate neighbouring building featuring a garage on the ground floor and a loft upstairs is located some distance from the main chalet on the same property. The loft is occupied by the owner, and the building has its own dedicated parking area. It remains entirely separate from the main chalet, which is reserved exclusively for guests. Throughout their stay, guests enjoy exclusive use of the chalet, its parking area, private spa, BBQ, and designated outdoor spaces.
