The Marketplace on Ming Ave (shopping, dining, and coffee) is about 5 minutes away, and Valley Plaza, CSUB, and Mercy Hospital Southwest are all within about 8 minutes. Craving a night out? Head downtown for dinner at The Botanist or Mamma Mia, a show at the Fox Theater, or live music at Buck Owens' Crystal Palace, all about 10–11 minutes away. This is a friendly neighborhood, so please help us keep it quiet after 9 PM.
