The Space:

The ground-floor apartment has no stairs from the entrance to the apartment. It has one queen-size bed approximately 160 × 200 cm plus a fixed loveseat that has been tested for one sleeping adult. The loveseat does not open and is not a sofa bed or pull-out bed. The apartment has a gas stove and one bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. No stairs are required to reach it. The building entrance and common areas are used by neighbors. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.

The apartment is near 28 May Metro, 28 Mall, Baku Railway Station, local cafes, supermarkets, shops, and transport links. It is a convenient area for guests who want central access without staying directly inside the busiest pedestrian streets.



Getting Around:

28 May Metro and the central railway/transport area make this apartment convenient for moving around Baku. Ride-hailing apps are widely available, and guests can also walk or take a short taxi ride to Nizami Street, Fountain Square, and Baku Boulevard. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.

This is a ground-floor apartment with no stairs. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Please keep noise low during quiet hours and respect the shared building areas. Tell us before arrival if the fixed loveseat should be prepared as a sleeping surface.
