This charming home features an open-concept living space with modern touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals after a day of adventure, and with stainless steel appliances, it’s as stylish as it is functional.




Start your day with a cup of coffee on the upper deck while watching the sun rise over the marsh. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, or kayaking from the community dock just steps from the back door. For a truly unique experience, take a stroll along the custom-built walkway that leads you out into the marsh, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the evening, enjoy cocktails on the large private deck with several seating options, perfect for unwinding and making memories with friends and family.




Temporary memberships to both BHI and Shoals Clubs are available.




Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

*POLICIES/RULES*

-Ferry tickets and parking fees are not included. Tram reservations are needed in advance. Please check BHI Ferry website for pricing and reservation information.

-At "Blue Crab Cottage" there is access to Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply.

-Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly with questions. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied.

-BHI Club Golf access is available for an extra fee with the guest membership.

-NO SMOKING + NO PETS allowed at this property. Fines will be applied if a pet is brought and possible eviction.

-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

-Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Fee

-Security Notice: This property is equipped with one or more exterior security cameras that monitor exterior areas for safety, security, and property protection. Cameras may include, but are not limited to, video doorbells and cameras monitoring entrances, driveways, parking areas, and other exterior areas. No cameras or recording devices are located inside the home.
