« They say first impressions are everything, and this Comfort Inn missed that in the elevator on the way up to the room. Stepping in to the elevator we found old, dirty carpet, trash on the floor, foot prints on the wall, and overall had us worried about what the room would look like. Fortunately the room was clean. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again, just too many things that needed updating that made us uncomfortable. »

« The room was not clean. Screws were missing from items in the bathroom. Drops of soap left on bathroom counters. It was family friendly. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. I wish there was a microwave in the room. »

« My overall experience was nice. However, thete were ants on my bathroom and staffing said there was nothing they could do aince maintenance was no longer on duty. I was offered another room, however, i was told by other members on the floor that they too had ants. So i figured what was the point. I wasnt offered a discount , so i had to live in a room with an ant farm »

« The room was clean. Conviently located to Scooters Coffee, QT, and KU. The property was old and run down. The door to my room appeared to have been pried open in two places, and I could literally see daylight through the two disfigured areas of the door frame. The TV did not work. When I inquired about that after the first night I was told that the remotes sometimes dont work, and that I could manually turn it on by pressing a button on the TV itself, then the remote would work.
