What a magical property!! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures if not better. We had 3 families (6 adults/6 children) and it was perfect for us. A few notes to help future travelers... Property layout - there are 4 rooms in the main house (2 upstairs - king/queen, 2 downstairs - king/two queens) and a 5th room in a separate house next to the pool table/behind the outdoor kitchen (king & loft bed). A/C - Something we didn't see on the listing is that only the bedrooms have air conditioning. This is super common in Costa Rica so we were ok with it, we just didn't know upfront. They have tons of doors you can open up to create air flow. Bugs - realize that with the doors open you will have all sorts of bug visitor. Wasnt an issue for us but could be for others.The Road - You must have 4 x 4. We had a family with 4 x 2 and they had to trade in their rental as they had problems getting up the hill. There is a small rocky/unpaved section followed by a very steep paved section. Its considerably up the hill so make sure you are comfortable with driving up and down sharp inclines (we had no problem).Location - the property is located about halfway between Uvita and Dominical. Pro-we could easily get into either city for activities and meals. Con-it was a 10-15 min drive to get to either one. Overally we would highly recommend this property! Stunning view, gorgeously designed and decorated, tons of space, great pool... would definitely stay again!
