There is a strict no smoking/party policy, any violation to this rule carries a $1,000 fine. Thank you for understanding. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. A $100 pet fee applies, plus $25 per pet per night after the first 4 days.

No one is allowed on the fire escape except only in the event of an emergency evacuation.
