L'arrivée et la communication sont à revoir, aucune marge de manœuvre, contact inexistant et très impersonnel pour ne pas dire froid, lorsqu'on insiste. La propreté de la salle de bains et de la cuisine laissent à désirer.

Great Place in Barcelona

Loved our stay here, right in the middle of Barcelona. Super close to lots of great activities and the metro system. The hosts were great in responding to any questions and the checking in process was very easy. It was super clean and everything you would need is included in the stay. Highly recommended, we would stay here again without hesitations, and it was our favorite place on our 15 day trip across Europe using VRBO for our lodging in Paris and London as well.

Very nice flat in perfect location. Not always easy to communicate with hosts. Wifi password given to us was incorrect, took 2 days to sort. Quite expensive

Appartamento situato vicino a Plaza Catalunyia, con tutti i confort, trovato pulito e ben arredato, abbiamo trascorso 3 notti e ci siamo trovati bene in tutto un’oca cosa negativa il letto alla francese, noi italiani siamo abituati a quello da 160 cm più spazioso, cosa bellissima check-in online con codici così nn si ha la paura di perdere le chiavi.

I have been doing so well from November 11th to 20th, 2018. It was very nice because there are many restaurants near the Catalunya Square and near the lodging area. And it was nice to be quiet. The subway station and bus stop were close so the location was really good. It was also helpful to save money by eating simple food every morning. I have been comfortable and well during my stay. Next time I go to Barcelona, I will go there again. I recommend this accommodation.

Everything was appropriate and as we had expected. The house was clean and very centrally located. Check in was smooth as we just received access codes to the apartment. The fact that there was no stress of forgetting the key in room before leaving each time, made our stay very easy. Only thing I would ask to change is late check out possibility if the guests are willing to pay extra for the same. We had to book another hotel for 8 hours and this made it a little inconvenient for us. Most of the serviced apartments we have stayed in Europe give free late check out also. Apart from this everything was perfect.

It is such a pleasure to be able to stay at FisaRentals. The apartment is in a very good location. The ambience of the apartment is good. One problem is the point of checking in is different from the actual apartment. It is okay to walk that far if you not dragging your suitcase. But it is a problem if you have big suitcase to drag along. But overall I'm satisfied with the apartment. Would consider stay here again if I come to Barcelona again.
