The good:
1. Location. Walkable distance to most of the attractions. Public transportation is near by as well.
2. Host support. The host was responsive with emails and provided a number for urgency, which is actually attended by a human.
3. Provided all the expected amenities.
The bad/not so good:
1. On the first floor right next to the building's gate. A little noisy.
2. Biggest problem is that there is a constant moldy/misty smell throughout the apartment. Even the beddings have the some kind of stale smell and I couldn't sleep well the first night due to that it. Maybe it is just me but I can't sleep if I feel the bedding gives me a "not clean" feel due to the smell. It may not be a problem for others since the smell is kind of subtle (but it is definitely there). I was able to find another comfortable in the closet, which is a little better. Do not expect that you can mitigate the problem with adequate ventilation because you can't. The apartment has only one small openable window and opens right to the street. The pedestrians literally walk by you. I have a theory of why the whole apartment and the bedding smell so moldy/not fresh but that goes beyond the purpose of this review.
3. The beddings and the mattresses are of mediocre quality. My wife said she can feel the springs in the mattress.
In summary, if you are a person who is not bothered by subtle but constant unpleasant smells, this might be a bargain.
