Sehr kleine Zimmer, Badezimmer abgenutzt

Sehr kleine „Doppelzimmer“, mit der Erweiterung auf das zweite „Bett“ das nur eine ausziehbare Matratze unter den anderen Betten bedeutete, waren die Zimmer komplett belegt und sehr beengt. Auf den unteren Bette lag man fast direkt auf dem Boden.In dem einen Badezimmer konnte man die TĂŒr kaum schließen, die des anderen Bades war beschĂ€digt, zudem fehlten hier Abdeckungen an den Lichtschaltern und Steckdose bei freiliegendem Metall, fĂŒr eine Reise mit Kleinkind ungĂŒnstig. Die KĂŒche hatte die die angegebene Personenzahl (6) weder ausreichend Tassen noch Teller, insgesamt sehr spĂ€rliche KĂŒchenausstattung. FĂŒr eine Familie mit mehr als vier Personen war die Wonung wirklich nur bedingt geeignet. Die Lage ist gut, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ebenfalls.

Apartamento horrible , TOTALMENTE sucio, no como en la foto , con dos camas individuales en la sala de estar! las ventanas estĂĄn tan sucias que ni siquiera se ve afuera!! nunca entramos y no nos devolvieron NADA !!! les espera una buena denuncia! y todo serĂĄ mucho mĂĄs caro don’t enter this apartment, it stinks is dirty and they are scammers!!! What iia you see in the picture is not what you will find there. The apartment needs a lot of reparations,table,carpet,walls have holes.mothers is carpet but not a vacuum cleaner. We where on the fourth floor but not so much light because there are bars on the windows,quiet wide also,and the windows are very dirty and dusty. But on top of everything is the check in procedure. First of all you have to go and to the check in somewhere far away from the house. The people at the agency are not really helpful and friendly,understandable,probably they get a very low salary.. Also you don’t get a key?but everything goes true app,which 75% of the time is not working,so you have to call them to get in and specially to have electricity in the house. Ps.in the picture you don’t see it but the sleeping room it is separate from the living room just true a sliding door.. I rarely write fees back,but sometimes I. Even neees to help neighbors that rent apartment and could not get in and have electricity.. Terrible terrible company. They deserve all my bad words

Broken down and unclean

The property was in a great area, however, the bathroom sink was completely clogged making it unusable, there was a massive hole in the wall in there they way, there were not enough towels for three people, there were hairs on the bedding, put sticks were beyond dirty after walking on the floors, clumps of hair in the bathroom, only one roll of toilet paper, cabinets were off their hinges, blinds broken, ripped, stained, not working.

It is okay, not great.

We did enjoy our stay here. It is a nice sized apartment in a good location, and the pool on the roof was great. Check in is a pain as you need to go first to the agency office to check in and get keys to they go to the apartment. Our biggest issues with the apartment is that both showers were not working when we first there and it took 2-3 days for them to be fixed. And then we completely lost hot water for the last two days. So for our 6 night stay everything was only working for 2-3 days. We were traveling with small children and their grandmother, and would not stay here again for these reasons. It is also obnoxious that you have to remind the rental agency to return your deposit, they will not automatically do it. Like they are hoping you will forget to ask for it. But Barcelona is an amazing city and you should go!!

..

When we arrived at the property our keys did not work to enter the building nor were we told unit 1 was not on the ground floor and how to get to the unit/which unit it was. And two out of three keys did not work on the door to enter apartment. The unit was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke and we complained to management all they did was send an employee who agreed it had a strong odor to give us lavender room spray. When we requested additional rolls of toilet paper since there was only one in each bathroom they stated we had to supply our own. When we asked for washcloths to clean the dishes they said they do not supply and “that’s why there’s a washer machine” (only towels in apartment). Beware the check in location is quite far from the property and you will need transportation it’s not within walking distance with luggage. The refundable deposit is not a hold on your card but an actual charge that was not returned until I inquired about it a week later. The location is good and an easy walk to the city center areas and the property management is very responsive when you email. There is a nice market on the corner and a few restaurants in the area, metro right up the block.

el anuncio dice que tiene terraza privada pero es falso, el apartamento es muy pequeño, la sala y la habitacion principal son una sola instancia separadas por una manpara. telefonillo roto sofa con restos de cigarrillos. la calefacción no funcionaba. el personal es amable menos el que vino a reparar la calefaccion que entro a grtios.

Lors de l’arrivĂ©e le charme n’as pas eu lieu Toutes les piĂšces de la maison Ă©taient d’une propretĂ© mĂ©diocre(limite acceptable). De plus l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de l’appartement laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Les fenĂȘtres des chambres ferme trĂšs mal (laisse un jour important), une d’entre elle possĂšde une impacts Ă©norme. Dans la cuisine, les Ă©lectromĂ©nager ne fonctionne pas (sauf la cafetiĂšre), sale comme le reste. Les salles de bains remplis de moisissures, nous avons eu la visite surprise d’un habitants supplĂ©mentaires un cafard. Constat global beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il est annoncĂ©. L’emplacement est parfait pour dĂ©couvrir Barcelone Ă  pieds ou en transport. Nous restons avec un goĂ»t amer de notre sĂ©jour Ă  Barcelone.

Great location but...

Apartment owned/managed by property company. Check in 30 minutes away by taxi and form letter with this info received 3 hours before check in. After arriving at office I was assured it was my fault I hadn’t seen this email while we were traveling. This is not a home away from home. No welcome info with information about area, how to use appliances or dispose of garbage. Kitchen only good for tea and toast because no oven dishes, no directions for stove top even though requested (or on Internet). Dishwasher doesn’t work properly and door is hanging off hinge in kitchen. No dish towels, one small garbage bag, one bath towel, 1” hand soap, no bar soap for 8 days. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towel, towels, soap then throw remainder away at end of stay or be fined. We like to cook a nice breakfast and plan our day so had bought food. This all got thrown away too. This is our14th stay such as this and first corporate one. We should have known this so we would have different expectations. Apartment functional but in poor condition. We took photos and reported issues so our damage deposit was not used. Report of bullet hole in spare bedroom window received no comment. Bad start to our stay in a beautiful city.

Great location, apartment not as great as listing shows

My overall summary of this apartment is that it was nice, however was not AS nice as I expected based on the listing. The location was great - easy to walk all over the city and not in a very touristy area so it felt a bit more local. The apartment itself was a bit run down and could have been a bit cleaner. It also could have been a bit better stocked aka: there were zero knives, only one roll of toilet paper, no shampoo, etc. Also to note that the master bedroom is in the same general room as the living room (with a massive sliding door to separate) and for the smaller bedrooms you have to pull out the other twin beds from underneath (you can barely fit the two twins in each room). All in all, it worked out fine but just did not exactly match my expectations.

Many good things, location, modern apartment, lots of light, balcony and access to metro. Opportunity areas include: dust level, guidance to the area (tips, recommendations), more than a single tiny roll of toilet paper per restroom, trash can in both bathrooms, and facilities in top repair (drawers, shower head, door to master bath).

Great location, Clean apartment

First, let me say this apartment is in a wonderful location. You cannot beat the location. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and the metro right outside the door. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We traveled with our two teenagers who need their own space so the very small bedrooms were enough to give everyone a place to retreat. (It would be hard to get two people in each room.) The kitchen had enough supplies for us to survive but a few more glasses would have helped. The apartment itself could use a little repairing. It looks like someone came in and did a very quick renovation on the space, but it needs repairs and some attention. A few broken shelves and a door handle that we told my kids not to touch as it looked like it might fall off. The water pressure was not amazing. The washer is on the patio. The other downside was having to go to the MySpaceBarcelona office to get the keys. It worked out fine as our cab driver just waited for us, but this is the first time I have had to go somewhere else to pick up keys and sign paperwork. Usually they come to you. However, the staff was friendly and refunded our deposit within a reasonable time. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The little extra space and the location was great. I can overlook the shabby apartment since we're not there much anyway.

Very pleased.

We stayed at the apartment in the beginning of January and were overall very pleased with the place and the price we paid. It was in a good area, close to the main attractions, and also had a rooftop lounge area. The rooms were clean, quite spacious and the kitchen had necessary utensils. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you :)
