„Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. „The house was clean and comfortable except for the beds. They were hard and uncomfortable. Also the key pad gave me trouble every time I used it. The host was very nice and communicated quickly.“

„We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed.
