Our suite was comfortable, but had to clean the stovetop, and some pans from the cupboard, ourselves upon arrival. Bought dish soap and left it there, because there wasn’t any (just a small plastic cup under the sink and it was all gooey from sitting so long). « The AC Biltmore was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived a few hours before check in and was able to get a room right away, in which I really appreciated!
