Absolutely amazing property that was immaculately maintained with lots of extras! Having the marina boat launch so close by was a big plus. Property owners were very easy to communicate with and offered a lot of extra support. We will plan to be back again next summer.

This cabin exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The home is a *perfect* setup for families with an exceptional kitchen, kids bunk/game room, multi-level decks (wow those views!), and close access to a dock. My family has high expectations when it comes to vacation rentals, and everyone said we give this place an A. I'll also mention that this is the most well equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I've ever been to. We plan to come back here next year. If you're considering this property, look no further for a memorable stay in Bass Lake!

Summer lake fun at a great family friendly house

Our family of 5 stayed vacationed here with 2 other families with kids ranging 2 to 12. We all had a great time enjoying bass lake, the spacious house and all the great amenities that came with it including the proximity to the lake, game room, spacious kitchen and bedrooms and spare lake toys. The host was very responsive as well when we experienced a small issue with the refrigerator that turned out to be nothing.We also appreciated the extra cleanliness of the house, inside and out. Some things to know and watch out for: - Distance to lake is about 30 seconds walk but the stairs and elevation difference will be challenging for some (not a big deal for us). - only one on suite bathroom.

Family vacation at Bass Lake

The house is beautiful! Very clean with top-of-the-line furnishings and appliances. There are A LOT of stairs not only in the house, but down to the lake. There were tons of beds: 8 in one room, kings with trundle beds in the other 3 bedrooms, but only 2 1/2 bathrooms

Great property

We had an extended family getaway to this house and it was wonderful. It is in the quiet side of Bass Lake and the boat dock was great. We were the only ones in the dock for the entire 3 days. There is a lot of stairs to walk up to go back and forth to the house but it was doable. The house is very clean and had lots of space for our group. We will book again if we go back. The owners were responsive to questions and even left a little welcome basket which was a nice touch.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. There were so many fun things to do- from swimming in the lake to ax throwing to just watching the sunset with a glass of wine. We used this location as a launching point to visit Yosemite as well, and it was very easy to make it to the South entrance. Our hosts were super responsive and thoughtful. Thank you for an amazing first visit to Bass Lake- we will definitely be coming back!

Bass lake adventure

We just spent a fantastic weekend at Bass Lake . The house was perfect as were the hosts so helpful and accommodating . It was a family trip with all different age groups from 6 months to seventy it worked for everybody . I would highly recommend this amazing home .

Magical

Owners obviously deeply care for their property, it’s apparent in all the details of the home. It’s so well stocked that anything you think you may have forgotten - the house probably has it!! The view is spectacular, we enjoyed many nights on the deck. The rooms are very comfortable, so nice to have so many king beds. The downstairs kid “den” was amazing, the kids did not want to leave it!! The dock access is the only thing to consider if you have anyone who is physically challenged. Although a bit of a workout grandpa was able to hike it up and down. But once at dock it’s a great quiet place to swim and tie your inflatable up and float, or dock your boat. It was lovely from start to finish…cherished memories were made because of this incredible home that has been built and prepared with love !!

We loved this place!!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The entire group enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and had plenty of space for all. The deck space made for a great place to enjoy morning coffee or to host the entire group for a nice dinner. We used the Blackstone Skillet on the deck for almost all our cooking. It has enough space to cook large meals, and no pots and pans to clean ;). The host was quick to respond when we had questions. We will stay in this house the next time we stay at Bass Lake!! Thanks!!!

Perfect place to bring families together.

House was very clean and had everything we needed for an awesome vacation! Dock was perfect for boating and we loved floating in the quiet, no wake cove. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the comfy family room and all the great deck space.

The perfect lake house

Really enjoyed our stay. This place is clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We loved the quick access to and views of the lake. The kids enjoyed the games in their bedroom and fishing poles.

Our yearly bass trip.

The property was excellent. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep after spending the day on the lake. The kitchen and barbecue were fantastic for preparing our family meals. We even caught some really nice bass right off the dock! The kids loved the amazing playroom/bunk room. I was able to keep the house cool and relax when needed. I highly recommend this place.

This is my 3rd year at this AMAZING house! It really has it all even down to salt and pepper! The host has really thought of every need. The private launch ramp and slip at the deep end of the lake makes everything easier. The house is super functional and roomy for a really big group. Feels like home when we all visit. A Lakeside Paradise for Families and Friends—5 Stars!

Our group of 6 adults and 6 children, ranging from ages 2-17, recently had the privilege of staying at this incredible lakeside cabin on Bass Lake, CA. To say that this experience exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. From the get-go, the property owner was warm, welcoming, and eager to share their lakeside haven with us. Not only were they friendly, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the area, offering excellent recommendations for boating and dining. The house itself is spacious and well-designed, giving everyone ample room to spread out, cook, and eat together. The indoor spaces are comfortable and inviting, but it was the outdoor amenities that truly blew us away. Multiple decks allowed for endless views of the lake. We brought our 23' boat, and the private members-only launch ramp and dock were in fantastic condition, a quick walk to the cabin and easy to use. Situated at one end of the lake, the property offers an extra layer of privacy and quiet that you don't often find. Despite its secluded feel, we were just a quick car or boat ride away from all the action—restaurants, bars, and all that Bass Lake has to offer. We are already planning our return trip for next year, and it can't come soon enough. This cabin has earned a 5-star rating in every aspect. If you're looking for a lakeside getaway that offers both tranquility and easy access to outdoor activities, look no further

Birthday Celebration

Wonderful stay. Phyllisha is an excellent host. We had a boat and were able to launch and dock at a private dock. Lake was beautiful and everyone had a great time. There were a lot of stairs to deal with and that was disclosed to us in detail of what to expect. Great trip and celebration!
