Personal ansonsten ganz freundlich. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.“

„It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs.“

„This property was not what was shown on Expedia. The lobby and room were dirty, the floors hadn’t been properly swept, the walls were peeling and the tub was crusted with dirt and hair. The entire place was grungy. My wife and I left and spent the night at another hotel. Hopefully Expedia will give us our money back“

„Rel. Neues, sehr sauberes Inn-Hotel. Sehr bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal.“

„Such an exquisite place to stay! Outstanding breakfast, very friendly and polite staff, cozy rooms, good atmosphere throughout the house. Loved it!“

„As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.“

„The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.“

„Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.“
