« SdB et robinetterie hors d'âge. Lit et oreillers très inconfortable. ventilation SdB inopérante. »

« Très bien localisé sur la marina avec une belle vue du restaurant et une terrasse sympa. Sauna, salle de sport pratique et piscine relativement grande pour un hotel. Par contre bien que les chambres sont refaite (peintures, traveaux...) ça reste un peux vieux. On entend tout les bruits de la chambre connectée. Personnels acceuillant. »

« Definitely not "serviced ". 2 loo rolls, half a bottle of washing up liquid, 1 x pod for washing machine and about 75ml milk left to us for 4 nights/5 days. Check in is an email sent to you literally at 2pm, not a minute earlier and there is a number to call if anything emergency is needed. Other than that, no human interaction. Your room key is a swipe you get in your email. Noisy at night if you're at the front. There is a nearby church whose bells are chimed every 15 mins throughout the night...

« No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. »

« Il faut savoir que l hôtel vous préleve 100 euros en plus dès l arrivée et que vous les récupéré bien plus tard 1 mois après environ . Bien sûr sous certaines conditions. Hôtel assez bruyant »

« We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. »
