Two boats right on the water, a third boat on land, and two additional cabins provide a comfortable and fun selection of sleeping options. In all, the property accommodates up to 10 people, making it ideal for families, groups, and friends traveling together. It's your own personal Margaritaville!

At the heart of the property is a full outdoor kitchen where guests can prepare meals and gather for memorable evenings together. Relax in the hot tub or cool off in the shared swimming pool creatively crafted from a boat hull for an experience you won't find at an ordinary vacation rental. The tropical-inspired tiki garden adds a fun and relaxing atmosphere for lounging, socializing, and enjoying the coastal surroundings. With multiple individual units and spacious shared areas, guests can enjoy both privacy and plenty of opportunities to spend time together.

The waterfront setting makes it easy to embrace a laid-back lifestyle filled with fresh air, beautiful views, and time by the canal. From morning coffee near the water to evenings gathered around the outdoor spaces, every part of the property offers something memorable. There is a shared large professional kitchen and high end restroom where the shared laundry is.

The Accommodations:
Lady Luck (Boat 1)- On the water, off the dock. There is no motor and it rises and falls with the tides. Use caution getting in and out. Includes a full bed, small boat restroom, and lite kitchenette.

The Treasure Hunter (Boat 2)- On the water, off the dock. There is no motor and it rises and falls with the tides. Use caution getting in and out. Includes a full bed, small boat restroom, and lite kitchenette.

The Black Pearl (Boat 3)- On land. Includes a full bed, small boat restroom, and lite kitchenette.

The Crab Shack (Cabin 1)- A small cabin to rest your bones. This has a full bed, small restroom, and lite kitchenette.

The Naughty Flamingo (Cabin 2)- An on land camper. 1 queen bed, small restroom, and lite kitchenette.
