„Great communication, smooth check in. Nice location a little away from beach & boardwalk, but still very walkable. Groceries & beer/ wine/ spirits also very convenient.As stated in the listing, the deck is shared, and this cottage has only one entrance onto the deck, so if privacy is priority, you might want to look elsewhere. When we booked the location looked further away from the beach online but in person was only one block away! Close location to everything and a fast uber at night to the boardwalk. „The house and hosts are top notch! Perfect beach house with everything you need, including beach tags, beach wagon, outdoor shower, beach umbrella and two beach cruiser bicycles. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Hosts Gail and Don are very nice and friendly. The house itself has a beautiful private backyard with lovely trees, plants and flowers.
