It is a small unit, but it's location, location, location (as the setting is the heart of Manhattan Beach, Ca., the most beautiful, and expensive beach real estate in Los Angeles County. « While traveling, the host called us to inform us of flooding in the house due to the neighbors unit, we were devastated, but within an hour, she got us relocated to another house that was fabulous. She made sure we made it there and had great instructions and that we were happy with the property when we arrived.
