„Great location and very comfortable stay. 1-2 minute walk (1/2 block) to the beach; 5-10 minutes to restaurants etc. My kids (2 & 4) loved the toys, kids nook and swing set. Enclosed backyard was perfect for the kids. Well stocked place even had a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kids beach toys). Comfortable beds, clean and very livable, not cramped even with two kids. I would definitely recommend a stay and will likely try to rebook this place for next summer!“

„Great house close to the beach and other Beach Haven haunts. The 7th St beach entrance was the easiest access we have ever had. The house appears small from the front, but has 4 decent sized bedrooms and the outdoor space is fantastic. Some of the online material about the property is dated and needs updating (they do have bedspreads and pillows).“

„Our stay at Gerard's place was excellent. The location is incredible. At the very south of the island, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of town. In less than a minute walk you can be on the beach. The house has all the amenities you could want. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it worked out for us where everyone could stay on the top floor where u have 3 bedrooms. Outdoor shower was excellent. Very roomy. Backyard area is nice too. „Perfect location for a family trip. Very close to beach. We never used the car and walked to restaurants, rides, water park, shopping. Street parking was no issue. Right by the theater. Clean and convenient. Perfect getaway. “
