My wife and I were looking for a comfortable place to stay while celebrating our anniversary and exploring the historic city and nearby sites. We love history, but also needed time just to put our feet up and relax. There were other options, but none looked anywhere near as comfortable. The big comfy couches in the living room did not disappoint. They were perfect for naps and relaxing. The location is a short walk from Bay Street with its history, views, restaurants, and shops. This house was plenty big for the two of us and would be a great place for four. The open kitchen was a great place to prepare a couple of meals. It was a little warm in August to spend too much time on the front or back porch (one is screened in), but we knew that if we were to visit during a cooler part of the year, we certainly would have spent plenty of time relaxing on them.The host communicated very well.We would not hesitate to return.

Excellent place and location

The house was great! The fenced-in yard was perfect for my dogs to relieve themselves but the neighborhood was great to walk also. Super quiet and relaxing. Communication with owner was quick and helpful. Plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows - always a good sign!

Spring 2025

We were arriving early, so we reached out to see if we could check in early possibly. Check in was @4 and we were hoping to check in around 3. We were told no problem, but when we arrived at 3:30, the cleaning person was still there.We left and came back @4:30, but cleaner was still there. Manager said we could stay while they finished, but obviously didn’t want to do that. We left and came back an hour later and were able to get settled finally at 5:30.Bedroom tvs could not get streaming channels.Location was good.Onsite parking space in front is really smallManager does respond quickly, we were just really frustrated by the checking issues

A week in Beautfort

Perfect stay for two couples. A king bedroom with private bathroom a queen bedroom with private bathroom. Comfortable living room and nicely decorated. Parking for two cars if needed and easy walk to downtown Bay Area. Great neighborhood. Labi, our host was terrific. Thank you!

Great location, close to the waterfront

Cottage was adorably outfitted, and our two well-behaved dogs were able to vacation with us. We do not like to travel without them. We walked all over town, every day, and had a great time at the Beaufort Shrimp Festival.

Perfect location!

A friend and I rented this place for a conference in Beaufort. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was walking distance from the waterfront restaurants and shops as well as the art school where our conference was. Would be good for two couples, friends, or a small family.

Excellent Location and Very Clean!

We loved our 2.5 week stay here. The house is very clean and comfortable for the two of us + our two dogs. The location is perfect - just a short walk and you're on Bay St! I myself love to go running so I enjoyed my daily jogs over the bridge onto Lady's Island. For those with dogs; the yard is not fenced, but the neighborhood is very safe and quiet, so it was easy to take my dogs on multiple walks daily. There's also a very large yard right in front of the house where you can let your dog out if you don't want to walk far (leashed, of course!). I had just a few questions during our stay and the owner, Labi, was just a text message away and was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Sister get a way

This is our second trip to Beaufort in the fall. We had another great stay and love the ability to walk down town. Also easy drive to spend a day in Charleston or Savannah. House is very clean and well equipped. Lots of renovations of nearby house will soon add even more to this beautiful section of town.

Great property

First the host was easy and honest to deal with. The house was clean and recently remodeled with adequate space for 4 plus our dogs. The location made a quick walk to the waterfront very enjoyable. People in the neighborhood were pleasantly friendly. Located in a historical district there is so much to take in and this house is perfect for that.

Perfect Stay for Water Festival
